When you shop with us at Pics Canada we want you to know that your information is kept absolutely private. We value your privacy and neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

Types of Personal Information we may Gather:

• Purchases — When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a Personal Shopping Account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name, shipping address(es), and billing information. Credit Card numbers are sent via secure means to our processing company and are never stored in our database.
  
  
• E-mail updates — We need your e-mail address. It will never be sold to anyone and will be shared only with the company who sends our e-mail updates. In the event that you would like your name removed from our e-mail updates, simply follow the opt-out instructions at the bottom of the e-mail and you will be removed from the mailing list and, if you've never made a purchase, your account will be deleted. If you have made a purchase, you may still request that your account be deleted.
  
  
• Other stored information — In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as Canada Post, Federal Express and Purolator.
