Pricing: Once you login, all prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prior to login, prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Ordering: Orders may be placed by logging into your account on our secure online store. If you don't have an account already, you may sign up for a new account. Wholesale customers, please remember to check the Wholesale checkbox. Account records from Pics USA may be automatically set up on Pics Canada if you check the applicable checkbox when creating your account. If you have an account at Pics USA and did NOT select the Canadian account option for Picture Mugs, you'll need to set up a new account at Pics Canada.

Minimum Orders: Our wholesale minimum order is one case (24 mugs), and all wholesale orders are in multiples of 24 mugs (one case).

Customs & Duty: All US orders are shipped from our Kent, WA warehouse, so there are no customs or duty fees.

Shipping: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination address and the size of the order. All rates returned on our website are based on the shipping and destination postal/zip codes.
