Shipping Policy

For Canada: We generally ship our Canadian retail orders via Canada Post as we have found it to be the least expensive shipping option in Canada. Canadian wholesale orders, except samples, are shipped via DHL from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Canadian single unit wholesale samples are shipped via Canada Post.

For USA Picture Mug Customers: We generally ship US retail orders via FedEx as we have found it to be the least expensive shipping option in the US. All US Picture Mug orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kent, WA. US retail orders and single unit wholesale samples are normally shipped via USPS.

Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination address and the size of the order. All rates returned on our website are based on the shipping and destination postal/zip codes. As such, we have no control over the rates posted, and any complaints about shipping prices should be directed to the applicable carrier. Should the actual costs of shipping be higher than what was returned during checkout, we reserve the right to select an alternative shipping method that fits within the actual amount paid by the customer, even if it is with a different carrier.

Delivery Time: Unless backordered, priority orders will ship the same day provided the order is received before 11:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST/West Coast), and regular orders will ship within 2 business days. If we are backordered, it is indicated on the product screen when adding to the shopping cart, in the shopping cart, during checkout, and on the email invoice sent to the customer.

With regular shipping, it generally takes 7 to 10 business days for packages to be received in east coast destinations, 3 to 4 business days to destinations in the west coast and 4 to 6 days to central destinations. We are able to accommodate faster shipping options which are available for customers to choose from during checkout.
